Meimai has prepared the world's largest skin lattice structure panel based on '3D printing and precision casting' and applied it to the main frame of a flat-panel satellite. This frame adopts a combination design of 'truss and skin lattice panel.'

The product has three major highlights:

First, it is a 'truss skin lattice structure panel' with large size and good rigidity. The truss is formed in one go through the method of 3D printing and casting, currently reaching 2.8 meters, with future potential to exceed 5 meters; the mechanical performance of the skin lattice panel is more than twice that of traditional aluminum honeycomb panels.

Second, it is extremely lightweight. The total weight of this main frame manufactured by Meimai Technology is less than 70 kilograms. The thickness of the skin in the skin lattice structure panel is less than 0.8 millimeters, the rod diameter is 0.8 millimeters, and the unit mass per square meter can be less than 4 kilograms.

Third, the delivery cycle is short, and mass production delivery time can be shortened to within 3 weeks.
